About the role

  • Analyze and understand business requirements with the relevant stakeholders;
  • Refine and document functional and non-functional requirements based on business needs;
  • Define acceptance criteria for deliverables;
  • Support prioritization and delivery planning with the team;
  • Work collaboratively with the team and the client to achieve the best results;
  • Actively participate and collaborate in Agile squad rituals.

Requirements

  • Experience in analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Agile scaling;
  • Experience or knowledge in the Telecom, revenue collection, billing, and payment methods domains;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with agile teams and stakeholders;
  • Innovative mindset, with curiosity, proactivity, and an interest in digital transformation.
