About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support the engineers working on our real estate platform
- Define the product's technical direction
- Drive the modernization of our technology stack
- Work closely with Product Management and Design
- Identify technical risks and bottlenecks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading software development teams
- Experience with large, high-traffic software platforms
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design
- Hands-on experience in software development
- Experience with modern cloud-native technologies (e.g., Azure)
- Familiarity with .NET and React/Next.js is a plus
- Experience with agentic coding or willingness to integrate AI-assisted practices
