About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse customer behaviour and product performance
- Support Product Managers in understanding customer journeys, user engagement, conversion, and retention
- Conduct exploratory analysis to answer product and business questions
- Define and measure product success metrics and KPIs
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests and product experiments
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
- Partner with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure KPI definitions, business logic, and product instrumentation are accurate
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance product understanding and measurement
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Highly proficient in SQL
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
- Understanding of statistical concepts and product analytics techniques
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of digital product development and customer experience optimisation
- Curiosity for how emerging technologies can improve product measurement, experimentation, and customer understanding
- Experience using Python or R for analysis is advantageous
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as FullStory, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is advantageous.
