About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, Integration, maintenance, inspection, and operational management of ADAS systems on test vehicles.
- Preparation, execution, data acquisition, and creation of reporting materials based on test plans for test vehicles.
- Conducting evaluations using test tracks, public roads, and simulation environments, as well as handling on-site technical issues.
- Supporting technical communication with design, planning, and regulatory certification departments, external organizations (such as JARI, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and suppliers), as well as overseas offices and partner companies.
- Lead testing and validation to confirm integrated systems meet performance, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's or bachelor's degree with engineering.
- Practical experience in testing operations for autonomous driving or ADAS on test tracks or public roads.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in the evaluation of AD/ADAS sensors & ECU systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Japanese, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
