About the role
- Data analysis, management, and data utilization of ADAS/AD Software
- Verification and Validation of the AI algorithm performance and characteristic and KPI measurements
- Defining the experimental design, sample size, and validation conditions
- Plan for managing and organization of the data collection and database
- Support data collection activities and creating corner cases for improving AI algorithms
- Statistical analysis, results reporting, and creating improvement proposals
- Creation of AI training dataset, improvement, and quality enhancement
- Collaborate with other departments to promote “KAIZEN” in data management and utilization.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience in ADAS systems development or embedded Linux development
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
- Experience in developing or evaluating image recognition AI systems (object detection and 3D depth estimation, tracking, fusion)
- Leadership ability to manage challenges
- Native-level Japanese speaker.
- Intermediate English speaker (preferred)
