About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan aligned with strategic objectives
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure collaborative messaging
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using analytics and feedback tools
- Manage end-to-end social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement, analytics)
- Develop and implement campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
- Ensure timely updates on programmes, events, and milestones
- Maintain and evolve branding guidelines across all materials
- Produce compelling content to promote CYMHO’s Action Plan, project developments, and integrated care projects
- Coordinate press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder updates
- Act as a liaison between partner organisations for joint communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience in social media management, branding, and content creation
- Effective writing and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with health or social care sector desirable
