About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based care to clients in their homes
- Assist clients in achieving the highest level of function, safety, and independence possible
- Collaborate with clinicians to manage patients' conditions during recovery in home settings
- Participate in innovative programs designed by experienced clinicians
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for OTA's
- Must be licensed or registered in Virginia
- Must have at least one year of institutional/home health experience
- Must have current CPR certification
- Working knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines is a plus
- You must be able to provide two references
- You must be able to pass OIG checks, Virginia State Police background check, and national background checks, and able to verify employment eligibility with necessary documentation
- Reliable transportation, proof of valid car insurance, and a valid driver’s license
