About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based care to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients in achieving the highest level of function, safety, and independence possible
  • Collaborate with clinicians to manage patients' conditions during recovery in home settings
  • Participate in innovative programs designed by experienced clinicians

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for OTA's
  • Must be licensed or registered in Virginia
  • Must have at least one year of institutional/home health experience
  • Must have current CPR certification
  • Working knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines is a plus
  • You must be able to provide two references
  • You must be able to pass OIG checks, Virginia State Police background check, and national background checks, and able to verify employment eligibility with necessary documentation
  • Reliable transportation, proof of valid car insurance, and a valid driver’s license
