About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and build critical test frameworks that support multiple teams
  • Define the strategy for contract testing between microservices
  • Solve complex synchronization and parallel execution issues
  • Establish quality gates in the pipeline and ensure adherence to standards
  • Guide the team during technical planning and help resolve blockers
  • Analyse test metrics to identify brittle tests and plan improvements
  • Write architectural decision records (ADRs) to track important framework choices
  • Mentor junior and professional engineers to help them advance their careers
  • Advise product management on the technical feasibility of quality goals
  • Drive the adoption of new tools that increase feedback velocity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Skills in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks
  • Proficiency in using Java for creating robust and scalable applications
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser-based testing
  • Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for backend testing
  • Proficiency in Git for version control
  • Experience in API testing with tools like Postman and RestAssured
  • Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level
