Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Gather, document, and analyze requirements for projects and initiatives
Develop and present data-driven insights to support decision-making processes
Design and recommend solutions to optimize business processes and operations
Work in an agile environment with cross-functional and international teams on functional and technical requirements
Create detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Test and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High knowledge of collecting, measuring, organizing, and analyzing data
Good knowledge of business analysis
Good knowledge of project management
Basic knowledge of SQL
English B2/C1 level
Nice to have: German B2/C1 level
Basic knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
Basic knowledge of Scrum Framework
Basic knowledge of API concept, Kafka Events and Camunda, BPMN
