About the role

  • You develop tools and automations that transform tedious routine tasks into elegant solutions.
  • You build monitoring and observability (e.g., with Dynatrace) to detect issues before customers notice them.
  • You closely collaborate with Dev and Ops teams to make our Java/Spring applications more stable and faster.
  • You contribute to establishing an SLO and incident management culture focused not on blaming but on driving real improvements.
  • You bring forward your ideas to help evolve existing structures and set standards that have an impact bank-wide.

Requirements

  • High knowledge of Linux / Unix Scripting
  • Good knowledge of OpenShift Administration
  • Good knowledge of network architecture
  • High knowledge of system architecture
  • High knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting
  • High knowledge of automation, scripting, and CI/CD
  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Fluency in English and Polish at B2 level
