Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment where continuous improvement is prioritized, including encouraging experiments to enhance team efficiency
Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and coordination between different teams, especially if working within a larger Agile framework such as SAFe
Tool Management: Manage and administer the Agile tools (like Jira, Confluence) used by the team to ensure they are being utilized effectively
Reporting: Create and present reports for management and stakeholders regarding team progress, impediments, and other metrics
