About the role
- Facilitate Scrum events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration
- Identify and remove impediments blocking the team
- Support Product Owners in their duties and responsibilities
- Promote transparency by ensuring information radiators are up-to-date
- Monitor performance using Scrum metrics (velocity, burn-down charts)
- Engage stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment
- Foster continuous improvement and encourage experiments to enhance team efficiency
- Cross-team coordination between Lodz, Frankfurt, and Prague (depending on demand)
- Conduct training and workshops on Agile and Scrum
- Manage and administer Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Create and present reports for management and stakeholders
- Advocate Agile practices and mediate conflicts to maintain a healthy team environment
- Monitor market trends in Agile and Scrum and introduce relevant practices
Requirements
- High knowledge of Scrum Framework (e.g. PSM I/II Certificate)
- Good knowledge of Agile Methods (e.g. SAFe)
- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
- English B2/C1 level – it is our business language
- German B2+ level
- Senior-level Scrum Master experience / ability to mentor teams
- Ability to work hybrid (once a week from office in Łódź, Wersalska 6)
