Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years experience in operations, product or strategy in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth tech company; management consulting; investment banking; private equity.
You are highly analytical: You can take an ambiguous challenge, break it down clearly, and design a path forward.
You have proficiency with Python and one or more common analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, etc.
You are detail oriented: You measure twice and cut once, ensuring work products have zero defect.
You are an excellent communicator: As well as solving problems, you can communicate your thinking to various stakeholder audiences who may have divergent points-of-view.
You have a builder mentality: You thrive in 0→1 environments. You operate effectively under ambiguity, move with urgency, and are motivated by creating something new, not optimizing something that already exists.
You are eager to learn: You are eager to learn and grow; you enjoy the pain of a steep learning curve.
