Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or a related service industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven record of achieving business growth and operational excellence
Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams
