About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the modernization of our architecture with a focus on scalability and resilience;
Develop advanced prototypes (architectural POCs) and perform independent validations;
Act as the primary liaison between development teams and architecture, ensuring correct and efficient implementation;
Conduct complex code reviews, ensuring adherence to advanced standards;
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements and issues into clear, viable technical solutions;
Ensure integration and interoperability across multiple systems, proposing innovative solutions for complex challenges;
Ensure created solutions are efficient and functional, considering both technology and business perspectives;
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, establishing documentation standards;
Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional and technical growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Strong hands-on software development experience with deep expertise in Java;
Solid experience in software and solutions architecture;
Knowledge of design patterns and scalable architectures (microservices, event-driven, etc.);
Experience with cloud computing, preferably Azure;
Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to development;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
