Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns
Processing renewals, billings, cancellations and reinstatements in a timely manner
Effectively and professionally handle all client inquiries and requests
Seek assistance from Senior Personal Lines Account Managers when appropriate
Follow Personal Lines policies and procedures when completing work tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Personal Lines insurance license required by your state
Minimum of two years personal lines insurance account management experience or comparable work experience
Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations
Strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent math and reading skills
Sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking skills, and follow-up skills
Technology and computer proficiency, including agency management systems, rating tools, and carrier website navigation
Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus
