About the role
- Responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Processing renewals, billings, cancellations and reinstatements in a timely manner
- Effectively and professionally handle all client inquiries and requests
- Seek assistance from Senior Personal Lines Account Managers when appropriate
- Follow Personal Lines policies and procedures when completing work tasks
Requirements
- Hold a Personal Lines insurance license required by your state
- Minimum of two years personal lines insurance account management experience or comparable work experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations
- Strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent math and reading skills
- Sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking skills, and follow-up skills
- Technology and computer proficiency, including agency management systems, rating tools, and carrier website navigation
- Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus
