About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and deliver engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate coursework
- Teach courses according to the schedule of classes and approved course descriptions and syllabi

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline and a current healthcare certification/licensure (e.g., Paramedic, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Registered Nurse, Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Surgical Technologist, Registered Health Information Administrator, Registered Health Information Technician, etc.) OR doctoral degree in Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, or Chiropractic
- Conferred transcripts, licenses, and certifications must be attached to the application
- Candidates must undergo a criminal background check
- Dual credit assignments require an additional fingerprinting background check with the Texas Department of Public Safety through the assigned ISD
- Qualifying faculty applications must include appropriate transcripts
- Ability to teach assigned courses according to approved course descriptions and syllabi
- Teaching experience is desired
