About the role
- Work as a consultant within the IT division (DSI) of a major corporate client
- Design and update document templates in BDOC
- Participate in document/template evolutions related to IT projects
- Provide application support for document processing (L2 / L3 incident resolution)
- Write functional specifications
- Contribute to testing and user-acceptance (UAT) deployments
Requirements
- Functional Analyst with prior experience in document design (éditique)
- Knowledge of BDOC / BdocDesign or an equivalent document design tool
- Familiarity with the health and insurance business lines
- Ability to work closely with business teams and the IT department
- Rigour, ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills and strong written communication skills.
