About the role

  • Advising clients on complex ERP implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM)
  • Analyzing client requirements and preparing technical designs and detailed specifications
  • Developing and presenting target concepts, implementation strategies and system solutions
  • Evaluating additional uses of standard software to optimize processes
  • Conducting end-user training and providing professional advice and support to key users
  • Supporting program/customization adjustments in close collaboration with development and actively participating in pre-sales activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years' experience as an ERP consultant or in a comparable role with a focus on warehousing, logistics, procurement, sales, quality management, or data migration
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) / Microsoft Dynamics AX or comparable ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of operational and strategic processes in procurement, sales, and logistics execution
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1), strong communication skills, and an independent, structured working style
