About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate and treat impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs
Provide patient-centered care in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
Work one-on-one with patients, building their skills in their own homes and communities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans
Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
State licensure required
Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA
Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders preferred
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
