Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team remotely (100+)
Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and improving team effectiveness
Senior operational experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally retail
Ability to lead delivery of high store standards while maintaining high safety levels
Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets resulting in sustained improvement
Ability to create a supportive, customer-focused culture that rewards achievement and builds careers
