About the role

  • Lead the coordination and facilitation of Technology Project Investment, Portfolio and Risk Governance forums.
  • Provide governance and reporting for the programmatic review of the Technology Operating Model.
  • Collect, maintain, and consolidate performance data against agreed metrics and targets.
  • Maintain reporting inputs, logs, and documentation for operating model, risk, audit, and assurance activities.
  • Support the preparation of dashboards, QBR materials, and executive or Board-level reporting.
  • Track risks, issues, and actions across governance forums and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support communications and briefing materials for Technology leaders.
  • Liaise with supporting functions to gather inputs and coordinate engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to support transparent, metrics‑driven decision‑making.
  • Skilled in maintaining detailed governance documentation.
  • Adept at preparing clear, insight‑driven dashboards and executive/Board‑level reporting materials that support strategic conversations.
  • Highly organised with a disciplined approach to tracking risks, issues, and actions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience crafting concise briefings and communication materials for senior Technology leaders.
  • Collaborative and relationship‑focused, able to liaise confidently with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather inputs and coordinate activities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments and supporting continuous improvement across technology operating models and processes.
