About the role
- Partner across commercial teams to drive sales, margin, and costs targets.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in merchandise, commercial or product driven environments.
- Strong financial analysis, modelling and forecasting capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to support and influence senior leaders.
- Collaborative mindset for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Strong judgement balancing analytical detail with commercial priorities.
- Continuous improvement mindset driving enhancements in reporting and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering timely insights and recommendations.
