About the role
- Manage the execution of change management plans within the Liquor Transformation & Strategy team.
- Perform activities related to project, program or organisation change that support the successful delivery of sustainable business outcomes.
- Ensure that change plans and activities are developed in line with the Liquor strategy and broader Coles Group strategy.
- Develop clear messaging to support the change vision and stakeholder engagement.
- Leverage data insights and stakeholder input to identify opportunities and partner with internal teams to deliver targeted solutions.
- Manage and embed effective documentation, reporting, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of change activities.
- Work in partnership with clear two-way communication to understand both internal and external stakeholder needs and concerns to ensure mutual benefits.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a change management role that can design and implement successful change plans, initiatives and interventions.
- Ideally gained experience in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (highly desirable).
- Proven capability in bringing stakeholders on the journey to adopt new ways of thinking whilst showcasing knowledge of applying change management concepts.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex or ambiguous scenarios.
- An inquisitive mindset that challenges assumptions and biases when interpreting data or questions.
