About the role

  • You will lead the content planning process end to end, bringing clarity to complex stakeholder inputs and translating them into clear and actionable briefs.
  • You will work closely with channel specialists and agency partners to ensure assets are delivered on time, aligned to customer needs and supported by insights that help the business continuously improve.
  • Develop comprehensive, channel-agnostic content briefs informed by customer and audience insights.
  • Manage the annual content calendar and secure alignment across key business stakeholders.
  • Lead production, implementation and optimisation of print and digital content assets.
  • Consolidate multiple inputs into clear, prioritised content plans aligned to marketing strategy.
  • Report on omni-channel plans, campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence across diverse teams.
  • The ability to simplify complex information into clear and actionable briefs and recommendations.
  • Expertise in marketing communications, including content strategy, multi-channel content management and implementation.
  • Extensive agency management experience, including contract negotiation and budget oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management for content or campaign delivery.
