About the role

  • As a Strategy Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Coles 360’s strategic roadmap and driving delivery across teams.
  • Your work will help accelerate our growth, sharpen our go to market approach, and strengthen our position as a leading retail media network.
  • Generate fact based insights to support the development and execution of key business strategies, including go to market plans and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Synthesise insights into clear, actionable recommendations that enable effective execution.
  • Conduct analytical problem solving on high priority strategic issues across Coles 360.
  • Apply structured problem solving and rigorous analysis to shape initiatives and define success metrics.
  • Deliver high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to address complex business challenges.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving execution of key initiatives.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes within your remit, ensuring timely, high impact delivery.
  • Identify risks across in scope projects and support the development of mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Three to four years’ experience in strategy, consulting, commercial analysis, or a similar problem solving role.
  • High level of proficiency using appropriate analytical tools & techniques, with Power BI experience an advantage.
  • Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports.
  • A structured approach to problem solving and a track record of delivering high quality outputs.
  • Ability to analyse and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping shape the future of retail media.
