About the role
- Leading the strategic agenda for Coles’ Sustainable Dairy Development Group and ensure it aligns to broader business strategy.
- Collaborating with Business Unit teams to develop plans that deliver strong customer value, commercial performance, and long‑term supply resilience.
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, revenue optimisation, and effective inventory control while supporting sustainable farming practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in agricultural sourcing, supply chain management, or sustainability management
- Demonstrated capability in working with farmers or suppliers to improve commercial and environmental outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and collaborating across diverse internal and external groups.
- Ability to work with agility and demonstrate leadership in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
