About the role

  • Assess current-state workflows, identify gaps and risks, and define future-state processes
  • Translate business needs into clear priorities, milestones, and delivery plans
  • Provide regular updates and present insights, risks, and recommendations to GM and Chief-level stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across teams to support consistent, compliant, and efficient ways of working.

Requirements

  • Strong project or program management experience in complex or change-led environments
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and at pace
  • Ability to gather & synthesise information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior leaders
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on quality and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong business, commercial, and workflow understanding, ideally with exposure to automation or technology-enabled initiatives.
