About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of major projects across Liquor, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy, approved scope, budget and timelines
- Integrate strong project management discipline with effective change leadership to support teams as they navigate transformation
- Engage senior stakeholders across business units, building trusted relationships and influencing at all levels
- Oversee project governance, reporting, financial management, risk and issue management and supplier engagement
- Coach, lead and develop team members to drive high performance, collaboration and new ways of working
- Represent the project externally with vendors, consultants and partners, negotiating outcomes where needed
Requirements
- Extensive end‑to‑end project delivery experience in a retail environment essential
- Relevant Project Management certifications
- Project governance expertise, with advanced flow and resource management
- Commercial acumen and experience negotiating with external partners
- Experience uplifting project management capability and embedding best practice
- Strength in representing a project to stakeholders at all levels and integrating input from consultants and external experts
- Ability to connect strategic, commercial and operating drivers with project plans and outcomes
