About the role
- Create and manage an actionable product roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Define objectives and success measures using OKRs and business metrics
- Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Manage dependencies and risks across multiple squads and stakeholders
- Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in Digital/Technology
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and experience shipping consumer products
- Experience in large, complex organisations with a customer-centric focus
- Exposure to enterprise systems and online fulfilment technologies
- Skilled in agile methodologies, UX design principles, and digital ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage budgets and develop business cases.
