About the role
- Lead and deliver online sales and profit budgets for Liquorland across on-demand partners
- Develop and execute trade strategies for marketplace and app channels
- Manage range, pricing, and promotions to achieve sustainable growth
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to deliver positive commercial outcomes
- Identify new revenue opportunities within the on-demand market
- Provide insights into competitor activity and build strategies to stay ahead
- Drive Liquor share of basket on Coles Online from 1% to 6% over the next five years
- Manage promotional planning, forecasting, and supply chain alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience in online trade or category management within competitive retail
- Strong knowledge of the liquor industry and digital channel management
- Experience managing P&L and delivering KPI improvements
- Commercial acumen with a balance of strategic and execution skills
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams
