About the role
- Support all operational and people aspects of the store
- Contribute to an exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging store
- Work closely with and report to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Assist the Store Manager to ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met
- Be customer obsessed and seek to understand diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture prioritizing team members' health, safety and wellbeing
