• Manage co-sourced resources, influence positive change, and contribute to the development of the Annual Internal Audit Plan and Strategy.

• Execute audits within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to methodology and professional standards.
• Support development and delivery of the Annual Internal Audit Plan and Internal Audit Strategy.

• Manage co-sourced resources and ensure consistent quality across all audits.
• Prepare and present audit results to senior stakeholders and support Audit Committee reporting.
• Validate remediation of audit findings and monitor management action progress.
• Collaborate with External Audit, Group Risk, Compliance, and other teams for coordinated assurance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including leveraging technology within the audit lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor team members and co-sourced partners to uplift audit capability and quality.
