About the role
- Implement and maintain SRE practices to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Data & AI platforms.
- Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Focus on automation with operational tasks and deployment pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve system health.
Requirements
- Proven years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform operations roles.
- Experience supporting cloud-native platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, automation, and incident management tools.
- Exposure to operational risk, compliance, and security practices.
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform).
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in SRE, cloud platforms, or ITIL are desirable.
