About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the bakery department
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers
- Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Monitor stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
- Drive a one team culture that puts team members health, safety and wellbeing first
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct/indirect leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team
- Maintain excellent department standards, including monitoring stock and quality control
- Drive a one team culture celebrating success and prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing
