About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department consisting of non-fresh products in store
- Contribute to an exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging store for our customers, team members, and community
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team
- Ability to energize your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met
- Customer obsessed to better understand diverse customers
