About the role
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store
- Achieve key commercial targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and deliver the store retail plan
- Accountable for all aspects of the store operation
- Lead a highly experienced retail team to serve customers and communities
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
- Customer obsession and seeking to understand diverse customers
