About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete initial evaluations and required re-evaluations for patients on your caseload
Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, family goals, and patient needs
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions through virtual platforms
Provide coaching, education, and strategies to families, caregivers, and teachers
Track and document patient progress
Work alongside Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and other professionals to provide coordinated care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are provided (primarily Texas)
Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
Telehealth experience is a plus
Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms
Able to manage a caseload, documentation, scheduling, and family communication independently
