Key responsibilities & impact

Perform comprehensive telehealth assessments to identify each child’s strengths and needs
Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans in collaboration with families and care teams
Provide evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms to promote functional independence
Guide parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies to support progress at home and in daily routines
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing client progress
Partner with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians) to ensure coordinated care
Recommend adaptive tools and techniques to enhance daily functioning
Effectively use telehealth platforms and maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in Washington State
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required)
Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
Pediatric OT experience required; telehealth experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Knowledge of pediatric development and therapeutic techniques
Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital tools
Ability to work independently with professionalism and accountability
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to obtain Tricare credentialing prior to start (support provided)
Private, secure workspace for conducting virtual sessions
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to serve diverse populations and family needs
Successful completion of background check and reference verification
