Requirements
- Creation and art direction of visual projects
- Develop graphic assets (digital and print)
- Create visual identities, advertising campaigns, presentations, interfaces, etc.
- Define visual concepts and ensure consistency of the brand's visual language
- Guide and review the work of junior and mid-level designers
- Ensure the quality, alignment and visual coherence of materials
- Meet with clients or stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions
- Translate briefings into effective visual proposals
- Participate in strategic meetings and collaborate with teams such as marketing, product and communications
- Organize timelines, priorities and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
- Stay up to date with design trends, technologies and best practices
- Propose visual innovations or improvements to creative processes
- Select visual directions that reinforce brand, communication or business objectives
- Justify decisions based on research, data and experience
