About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a force multiplier for the CHRO, advancing priorities, focusing time on high-impact areas, and amplifying the CHRO’s voice internally and externally
Own the People leadership team’s operating rhythm and lead critical initiatives from conception through execution
Manage weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, including agendas, decisions, and follow-ups
Lead cross-functional initiatives and engagements on behalf of the CHRO, acting as her stand-in when needed
Develop meeting decks, organization-wide emails, social media posts, and speaking engagement materials
Identify and resolve issues before escalation and synthesize ambiguity into executive recommendations
Represent the CHRO’s interests across the organization and align cross-functional stakeholders with People team priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a chief of staff capacity supporting senior executives
Ability to synthesize ambiguous, complex topics into executive-ready recommendations, narratives, and communications across decks, emails, and social content
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and managing multiple workstreams with accountability and follow-through
Knowledge of crypto or demonstrated enthusiasm for the space, with willingness to immerse yourself in the ecosystem
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
