About the role

  • Build and help design elegant and functional user experiences for Coinbase One
  • Own and implement product experiences that directly drive revenue
  • Work with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn vision into a tangible quarterly roadmap
  • Ship user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and component-based frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout product and design lifecycles
  • Contribute high-quality, well-tested, extensible frontend architecture
  • Participate in in-person participation and team/company offsites multiple times annually as required

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in developing web and/or mobile apps and shipping user-facing features with React, JavaScript, and Typescript
  • Developed and shipped user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks
  • Familiar with product and design lifecycles and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers
  • Write high-quality, well-tested, extensible code
  • Up-to-date with latest industry standards and best practices in frontend architecture
  • Proactive, growth-mindset, and empowers and cultivates teammates
  • Nice to have: experience launching new products from 0 to 1
  • Nice to have: experience on front-end teams in finance or security
  • Nice to have: at least 1 year experience in developing React Native mobile apps or migrating native apps to React Native
  • Nice to have: crypto-forward experience (interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services)
