About the role

  • Partner with Compliance (FCRI, MLROs), CX Operations, and Engineering to define AI-friendly procedures, approval frameworks, and go-live criteria
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across ET, Compliance leadership, CX leadership, and Platform PG
  • Define and track key metrics including automation rate, false positive reduction, case quality, and cost savings
  • Navigate regulatory constraints including SAR confidentiality requirements, GDPR, and AI governance policies
  • Build and lead a small PM team (1-2 direct reports) focused on Compliance Automation execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in AI/ML-powered automation, compliance technology, or operational automation
  • Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to partner effectively with ML engineers and understand agentic AI architectures
  • Experience with regulated environments (fintech, banking, AML/BSA) and navigating compliance approval processes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive executive-level alignment and communicate with senior leadership (VP+, ET)
  • Experience managing managers or leading PM teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics, tracking glidepaths, and course-correcting based on data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce exec-level documents and presentations.
