Design, build, and own core UI platform systems used across all frontend surfaces.
Drive improvements in reliability, performance, and latency at the platform level.
Build and evolve backend-for-frontend APIs (REST/GraphQL) that serve our UI surfaces, with focus on scalability, security, and clean abstractions.
Lead architecture and technical directions for improvements to real-time data streams (WebSocket/SSE)
Partner closely with frontend engineers and product teams to understand scaling pain points, and translate them into platform solutions
Serve as a technical multiplier: unblock teams, review high-impact changes, mentor other engineers across frontend and product teams.
Enable developer velocity by improving local dev, builds, CI/CD, testing, release pipelines, and observability.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering
You’ve experienced architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
