About the role
- Own product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy through execution
- Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans on Coinbase
- Set clear OKRs across multiple workstreams
- Partner closely with Engineering to ship resilient, scalable borrowing experiences
- Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance partners
- Maintain a rigorous operational bar through launch runbooks
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building or scaling complex financial or lending products
- Comfort with technical systems and onchain concepts
- Proven ability to define and drive multi-quarter strategy
- Strong analytical and product judgment
- User-obsessed mindset
