About the role
- Own the end‑to‑end product area for DeFi Lend
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design
- Design product experiences that make DeFi risk and reward legible for everyday customers
- Drive integrated launch and rollout plans
- Ensure operational excellence post‑launch
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience working on complex financial, lending, or yield‑bearing products (TradFi or DeFi)
- Strong comfort with technical systems and onchain concepts
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi‑quarter product strategy
- Analytical rigor and product judgment
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase’s mission
