Develop and execute the multi-year strategy for Payments Risk engineering in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Provide technical leadership by supporting your team in making sound architectural decisions.
Partner with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate the vision into actionable quarterly roadmaps.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
At least 1 year of experience in Risk, ML and/or Payments domain
You possess a strong understanding of what constitutes high-quality code and effective software engineering processes.
An execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results.
An ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning.
Experience in creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
You can be hands-on when needed.
