About the role
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for key staking features, protocols support, and reporting tailored for institutional clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and performant staking solutions across multiple chains
- Engage directly with institutional clients—such as asset managers, financial institutions and crypto natives—to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure we’re meeting the highest bar for security, ease of use, and operational excellence.
- Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success.
- Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize.
- Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of building enterprise or B2B crypto products.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale
- Understanding of staking mechanisms and blockchain protocols
- Strong client orientation—you enjoy talking to customers, understanding their needs, and solving real-world institutional pain points through elegant product solutions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement.
