Core Automation Team: develop AI infrastructure and automation solutions for customer support and compliance teams using AI models and blockchain data. Explore and apply GenAI techniques, including LLMs and Agentic AI. Lead project execution, manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang. Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies. Mentor team members and debug complex technical issues. Build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering. Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture. Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs. Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them. Strong technical skills in system design and coding. Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for open and transparent cultural practices.
