About the role
- Own a Product Initiative: Drive a key project from discovery to launch. This could involve conducting a build vs. buy analysis for a new tool, redesigning a workflow to be more secure and scalable, or driving the adoption of a new feature.
- Apply Emerging AI to Solve Business Problems: Pilot new generative AI agents for our HR teams, define and track the ROI for AI tools that improve our hiring process, or contribute to the roadmap for our internal AI-powered employee support tools.
- Automate and Improve Core Processes: Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions using our tech stack (e.g., our core HRIS, applicant tracking system, and enterprise collaboration platforms) to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Requirements
- A deep curiosity for how technology, especially AI, can be used to solve problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you can structure an ambiguous problem and propose a clear path forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish.
- Currently pursuing a degree in a field like Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or Human-Computer Interaction.
- Experience with APIs or using low-code/no-code platforms to create automated workflows.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or hands-on experience using LLM-based applications.
- Experience building or working with AI agents or agentic frameworks.
- An understanding of product management concepts or the software development lifecycle.
